RECIPE: ICY GAZPACHO SOUP

Instructions:
- Begin by preparing the vegetables. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper, and remove the stems and seeds. Peel the garlic cloves and onion, and chop all the vegetables into large chunks.
- Place the vegetables in a blender or food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped but not completely pureed.
- Add the tomato juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, sugar, cumin, and smoked paprika to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as necessary. You can add more salt or pepper, or a little more sugar or vinegar to balance the flavors.
- Transfer the soup to a large bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the soup is very cold.
